A total beginner and not sure where to start when navigating?
Unsure on what equipment you need for navigating?
Then this is the course for you.
This course takes approximately 2 hours were we will discuss different types of equipment, maps, compasses and GPS. We will explain different map symbols, grid references and contours lines and we make it really easy to follow and understand. Our aim is to give you the knowledge to be able to plan a route and follow it easily so you have the confidence to get out into nature alone without getting lost.
Held in the beautiful setting of Rivington at 10am. We will be able to finish off with a coffee at the barn afterwards if you wish.
